A trip for the mind and palate, an itinerary of taste and hospitality through the creativity of local cuisine; healthy, flavorful and full of recipes from popular culture to the rustic, all with a proud identity.

A programme designed for one to experience a wealth of enogastronomic products, relying on tradition and culinary experience taken from the inns and restaurant found in our towns and hills. Lunches, dinners and tastings in farms and wineries illustrate the richness of a cuisine that ranges from the sea, thanks to the abundance of fish in the Adriatic, passing through to the sumptuousness of its meats, pork and beef (Romagna breed) and poultry, until finally you get to the heart of the tradition: first courses and piadina, symbols of an entire region, not just food, but a genuine culinary phenomenon.
